Conditions for product exchange

- Products that have been used, repaired, washed, or cleaned

- Products returned for exchange must be in original conditions including tags, labels, box and accompanied documents.

Once we have the above information, we will ship the exchange accordingly. If the items are sold out, 100% refund will be issued with the timing of refund dependent on the involved banking institutions.

สินค้าที่ไม่รับเปลี่ยน

- สินค้าที่ผ่านการใช้งาน ซัก รีด เลอะ มาแล้ว

- ต้องมีป้าย กล่องครบ รวมถึง ยังไม่ถูกแกะมาใช้งานจนยับเยิน และสินค้าต้องอยู่ครบตามสภาพเดิม กฎในการส่งเปลี่ยนสินค้า
